The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has officially opened the 2025 application process.

Applications at the moment are open and may close on fifteen December 2024.

*** Who qualifies for NSFAS funding

To qualify for NSFAS funding, an applicant will have to fulfill the following requirements:

• Be a South African citizen or copyright who originates from a home with a combined gross domestic earnings that doesn't exceed R350 000 for every annum.

• Individuals with disabilities qualify if their combined house earnings does not exceed R600 000 per annum.

• SASSA recipients immediately qualify for funding and want check here not post any evidence of earnings.

*** Loan Scheme for the Missing Middle

The NSFAS Loan Scheme for the read more missing middle is open up to all South African citizens and permanent citizens from households with combined R350 000 and R600 000 for each annum.
